Breakfast: banana, granola, vanilla Greek yogurt and a cappuccino because I’m feeling ~fancy~. I cannot get over how much this tastes like ice cream to me…yes, it’s been that long since I’ve had ice cream.

For those of y’all that care about my life, here’s the run down of what I’ve been living with for over 2 months now.
- The lateral meniscus is only partially torn. (refer to image)
- The patellar tendon is completely torn. (refer to image)
- I have mild tendinopathy(disease of tendon) on the quadriceps tendon from the injury (that needs steroids or something?!?! idk.) (refer to image)
- Moderate arthritis on knee joint due to heavy weight on the knee joint. (THEY’RE BASICALLY SAYING I’M FAT)
- Extensive subcutaneous edematous change - a fluid problem around my knee. Googled the causes, this is one:
Immobility. The leg muscles normally contract and compress blood vessels to promote blood flow with walking or running. When these muscled are not used, blood can collect in the veins, making it difficult for fluid to move from tissues back into the vessels.
(Which is probably because my leg has been straight for the 2 months and I can’t walk on it.)So I’m still waiting on surgery. These doctors need to hurry the hell up because my knee is getting worse.
I hope you’re all enjoying walking, sitting in chairs, sitting crossed-legged, etcetc. ‘Cause I miss the heck out of it.
Update on my knee, y’all. Read up if you want to/care.
